This exclusive site tour takes delegates inside the facility where Kenworth and DAF trucks are purpose built for Australian conditions, offering a unique opportunity to see local manufacturing at scale.
Fleetyr User Group
1:30pm to 3:00pm
The Fleetyr User Group session will bring together members of the IPWEA Fleet Community to showcase the national benchmark project launched at the 2025 IPWEA Fleet Conference, providing a practical forum to explore how fleet performance compares across councils and organisations.

Led by Fleetyr, the session will unpack real-world insights drawn from the benchmarks, which align with the fleet management KPIs outlined in IPWEA's Plant and Vehicle Management Manual (PVMM).

Open to organisations that have participated in the benchmark project over the past 12 months, as well as fleet practitioners keen to lift their fleet management maturity, the session will focus on using comparable data to identify gaps, share learnings, and support continuous improvement across the IPWEA Fleet community.
